Physiotherapist-led Pilates sessions may be eligible for health fund rebates, subject to your level of cover.
Where clinical care meets active recovery
It’s a reflection of our philosophy. We go beyond diagnosis and passive care, taking an active role in your recovery journey. With personalised treatment plans, we’re committed to helping you rebuild strength, restore wellbeing, and reclaim your prime body.
Your Physiotherapist will have a detailed discussion with you about your symptoms and goals, perform a physical assessment to see how you move and find the root of your problem, provide you with a personalised, evidence-based hands-on treatment plan (mobilisations, taping, dry needling) and give you a home exercise program to support recovery until your next appointment.
No referral is needed for private Physiotherapy. If you are claiming through Medicare, DVA or WorkCover you will need a referral. You can email the referral before your first appointment.
Absolutely! Our team is experienced in treating patients across all age groups.
Initial consultations are around 40-60 minutes, follow up sessions vary from 20-40 minutes depending on the type of appointment booked in.
It is not uncommon for your symptoms to worsen for the next 24 hours after your first session. Follow your Physio’s plan to avoid any issues, and please let us know if you have any questions.
We understand life gets busy.
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees and allow us to offer your spot to someone else.
